For this project, Signature Simard completely redesigned the interior layout by modifying the divisions between the kitchen, bathroom, and the former office—now reintegrated into the living space. This reconfiguration allowed for the expansion of the kitchen and bathroom, as well as the addition of a spacious central island, ideal for cooking and entertaining. A major transformation where functionality and aesthetics go hand in hand.
